FOLDING

At Halcraft, we run two modern folders with 'gate-fold' capabilities. This machinery enables us to meet any folding requirements, unusual or straightforward. Using this equipment, we can quickly fold documents such as:

SADDLE STITCHING AND 3 KNIFE TRIMMING

These techniques are suitable for “spine-stapled” products sized from 3“ x 4“ and above, such as:

Perfect Bound Books - Achieve the highest-quality “soft-covered” bookbinding using our Muller Martini perfect binding equipment.  One-sided laminating is available for the perfect finishing touch.

Lamobonding and Laminating - Our Lamobonder allows one-sided lamination for a more professional look. The machine’s large cylinders allow the sheets to “lay flat” with no curling, providing the perfect finishing touch to items such as:

• Postcards
• Book covers
• Posters
• Membership cards
• Business cards

Trimming - Trimmed flush, or encapsulated with an edge, 2 sided laminating is also available, the choice is yours.

Plastic Coil Binding - This bindery technique, with plastic coil spines, is available in a variety of colors, and provides a crush-proof, lay-flat binding when open. Coil binding is the perfect choice for any book that is intended to remain open and lay flat, including:

• Music Books

Tabs and Laminated Tabs - Using our custom-tab maker, we produce flawless professionally produced easy to use tabs and laminated tabs.

Shrink Wrapping – New to Halcraft is our shrink wrapping service. Shrink wrapping is a highly professional finishing touch. 
A great way to protect and professionally package these items:

Round Cornering - Using our round cornering equipment, we can trim the corners of a lift of paper to a rounded shape to prevent the edges from becoming frayed or dog-eared.
We apply this technique to a variety of documents and products as such as:

• Stickers
