What Programs Halcraft Accepts
We are pleased to accept the following software programs:
- High quality PDF files with bleed and crop marks (preferred file format)
- MAC (9 and X) and PC (Windows) are acceptable
- Adobe In-Design 1, 2, 3 (CS), 4 (CS2), 5 (CS3)
- In-Design PageMaker Ed. (CS)
- PageMaker 6.5 and 7
- Quark 4.11, 5.01, 6, 6.5, and 7
NOTE: Quark PASSPORT is acceptable only as .pdf
- Illustrator all versions up to 11 (CS), 12 (CS2), 13 (CS3)
- Freehand 9 and 11 - Macintosh
- Corel 11, Publisher 2003 - Windows
- Photoshop 5.5, 6, 7, 8 (CS), 9 (CS2), 10 (CS3)
Save Photoshop files as .tif or .jpeg. CMYK, B&W or Greyscale, 300 dpi, 1/8" bleed - please indicate that a bleed has been included. Rasterize all text. RGB files do not separate properly so please convert to CMYK.

Access our server via FTP software packages, such as Fetch or CoffeeCup. Free FTP software, can be obtained from http://www.versiontracker.com.
Once a connection has been established, either drag and drop the file(s) or folder(s) to be transferred onto the Folder "Drag and drop" files into this folder" or double click on the folder to open it and transfer the files directly into the folder.
Once your files have been successfully transferred, please contact our Sales Team, either by telephone 902-453-4511 or e-mail laura@halprint.com to let us know your files have been uploaded.
