Wayne Arkelian's career in the printing industry spans 35 years, beginning in the bindery division at Halcraft when he was a high school student. Wayne continually looks for opportunities to finetune Halcraft's operations, mapping out the workflow for the company, and ensuring that quality control standards are reviewed and met.

Tim Blanchette
Production Manager

Tim joined Halcraft as Plant Manager after working and eventually co-owning Metrographic Printing Services, a local firm created by his father in the 1970s. Tim and his wife, Laura, bought the company in 1988 and ran it together until Halcraft purchased Metrographic Printing in 2006.
